San Pedro de Macorís. Consorcio CAEI revamped its human capital training processes, by using online training in two certificate programs, gathering a total student body of 80 managers and company coordinators. The programs were completed within 6months through a cutting-edge E-learning platform, via which they bolstered their skills and managerial capacity.
The CAEI staff received their training through a vanguard educational tool which combines sessions, presentations and on-site video forums, hence meeting all technical and methodological criteria for proper learning.
Both E-learning programs were taught using the Formación 2.0 platform, designed and traded by the company Link Gerencial, featuring multimedia, interactive, simple and downloadable content.
Consorcio CAEI, through its Human Capital Management Department, organized the closing celebration for program completion. The activity featured the presence of Alberto Potes, Executive VP at CAEI, managers and all program collaborators. Potes urged everyone to take advantage of this educational technology tool. “We must put a halt on the road, to continue innovating and be creative, and apply those new technologies on the workplace. More than just the diploma, what matters most is to apply our newly-acquired skills on the day-t0-day and make it work”.
Potes reminded that CAEI is a pioneer company, as is shown by all designs for new system implementation: biometric, Ferti-Quimic and weighing through Gathering Machines.
